Roscommon Arts Centre is a multi-disciplinary venue that hosts an ongoing programme of events for early years and school audiences, as well as two festivals for children. The venue also works closely with local schools, facilitating both workshops and performances in school.  “Gallery X”, the centre’s Visual Art Education Programme is designed to connect younger people in Roscommon secondary schools with visual art, with opportunities to steer their own learning and create cultural activity across art disciplines through visits to the exhibitions and participating in specially designed workshops.
