West Cork Education Centre

The West Cork Education Centre has a long history of involvement with the arts and it has a strong partnership with the Uillinn West Cork Arts Centre in Skibbereen. Together the West Cork Arts Centre and West Cork Education centre run projects collaboratively.

We run courses and projects in the following areas:

• CRAFTed Project
• Art/Gaeilge Content & Language Integrated Learning – Uilinn, West Cork Arts centre
• Dance workshops with West Cork Arts centre
• Practical Music for the Primary Classroom and the Kodály Approach
• Music, Visual Arts and Samba Drumming
• Dabbledoomusic
• PDST PE Dance Workshops – Creative Dance and Folk dance
• FÍS – Film in schools – in centre and Helix
• Entries to Fresh Film Festival
