Sligo Education Centre
Sligo Education Centre support the Arts curriculum by providing workshops and Summer courses, facilitated by local teachers and artists who have expertise in the area of the Arts, covering all strands of the visual arts, music and drama curriculum at Primary and Post-Primary level.
We engage with outside agencies such as The Design & Crafts Council of Ireland, The Arts Council, The Heritage Council, Sligo County Council Arts Service and Sligo Music Generation.
We offer schools the opportunity to participate in various national initiatives such as:
- Teacher - Artist Partnership (TAP)
- Creative Clusters
- CRAFTed
