Leargas invites teachers, educators and youth workers interested in EU programmes and funding to their annual flagship event, The Gathering 2025. Join them for a morning filled with insights into Erasmus+, the European Solidarity Corps, and other EU initiatives.
On the day, you can expect to hear inspiring project stories, expert insights, and practical advice from Léargas staff and beneficiaries to help you take your next steps into European opportunities.
When registering, you’ll be asked to choose one of the following breakout sessions:
1. Newcomers to EU programmes and funding within the Education and Training sector:
Discover Erasmus+ and other EU opportunities, such as eTwinning and EPALE, through participant stories and programme insights from Léargas staff and beneficiaries.
Relevant for: teachers, school educators, early years educators, adult education professionals, people working in the community education and further education and training (FET) sector.
2. Newcomers to EU programmes and funding within the Youth, Sport and Volunteering sector:
Discover Erasmus+, the European Solidarity Corps, and other opportunities through participant stories and programme insights from Léargas staff and beneficiaries.
Relevant for: youth organisations, youth workers, organisations delivering youth services or community projects, young people (ages 18-35), sports clubs, sports organisations, and grassroots coaches.
3. Existing Participants in the Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps programmes:
Gain insight into effective ways to communicate your project and share your results, discover how platforms like EPALE and eTwinning can be used as communication and collaboration tools, and hear about key approaches to embedding inclusion in project activities.
Relevant for: existing beneficiaries across all sectors.
