‘Songs of Ourselves’ Live Performance at The Dock
The 2021 Portal Documentation Award recipient project 'Songs of Ourselves' recently celebrated the live performance of 'The Dream of the Knockabock'. Led by The Dock with composer George Higgs and the pupils of Scoil Mhuire, Carrick on Shannon this 'mobile composition for multisensory voices' was performed by the Scoil Mhuire Choir and The Millennium Choir.

Catherine Martin TD, Minister for Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht, Sport and Media and Norma Foley TD, Minister for Education today (6 October, 2021) announced the 269 new schools that will participate in the Creative Ireland Programme initiatives - Creative Schools and Creative Clusters.
